ON-LINE Studio
Join Karen's 4-week Unlock Your Body, Fascial Flow program with two classes per week, designed to target a different area of the body. Each session helps you unlock old stiff injuries, blockages, move more freely and feel amazing!
Class Schedule:
Week 1 – 24th & 27th Sept | Hamstrings
Week 2 – 1st & 4th Oct | Hips 360°
Week 3 – 8th & 11th Oct | Shoulders, Upper Back & Neck
Week 4 – 15th & 18th Oct | Face, Jaw & Head Tension
| All Wednesday classes start at 9:30 am.
| All Saturday classes start at 7.30 am.
With the group's consent, I'm happy to record the sessions in case you miss a class. These will be available to watch up to 14 days after the last session.
What you'll need!
💖 Cork block - Kmart have them available
💖 2x rolled up towels
💖 Mat
💖 iPad or larger screen - a phone isn't ideal, being so small
💖The link will be emailed 1 hour before class starts
