Hello I'm Karen Lord
Meet Your Hormone-Savvy Pilates Instructor
I’m a happily married mum of two primary school-aged children, and my passion is helping women feel strong, balanced, and in control of their health.
With 14 years of experience as a naturopath and now fully dedicated to teaching Pilates for hormone balance, I combine science-backed knowledge with a deep, personal understanding of the female body. My journey with endometriosis and polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) has shaped how I approach health, fitness, and natural hormone support -Â especially during perimenopause and other hormonal transitions.
Although I still experience symptoms, I’ve found real relief through Fasting, Food, Fitness & Feelings strategically executed in specific stages of my cycle. These tools have allowed me to regain energy, clarity, and confidence in my own hormonal health.
herhormoneFIT is the outcome of my experience training with these hormonal challenges. It’s a platform designed to help you better understand your body, connect with your cycle, and discover the missing pieces to your hormonal puzzle with fitness.
