Her Hormone Trainer was created to help women train with their hormones, not against them.
Rooted in science and guided by real-life experience, the app is designed to align movement, mindset, and nourishment with the natural rhythm of the menstrual cycle. Each phase brings different strengths — from power and energy to rest and renewal — and Her Hormone Trainer helps women tap into them with clarity and confidence.
Our mission is to redefine women’s fitness by honouring the body’s hormonal rhythm rather than fighting it. Through cycle-based workouts, supportive education, and holistic guidance, women can gain a deeper understanding of their bodies — feeling stronger, more balanced, and more in sync throughout the month.
Created by Karen Lord, a Pilates instructor and naturopath with over 15 years of experience in women’s health, Her Hormone Trainer combines professional expertise with lived understanding of hormonal challenges such as endometriosis, polycystic ovaries, and perimenopause.
This is more than a fitness app — it’s a movement toward body literacy, hormonal harmony, and true female strength.
