What is The Seed Cycle?

Seed cycling is the practice of rotating four different seeds throughout your menstrual cycle.

The traditional approach is:

  • 🌱 First half of your cycle (Day 1 to ovulation):

    • Flaxseeds

    • Pumpkin seeds

  • 🌻 Second half of your cycle (Ovulation to your next period):

    • Sesame seeds

    • Sunflower seeds

For women with irregular cycles or those navigating perimenopause, many people choose to follow the rhythm of the moon instead, changing their seeds on the New Moon and Full Moon to create a consistent routine.

Why I love it!

People often ask me whether I think seed cycling is a miracle cure.

My answer is no.

I don't believe there is one food, one supplement, or one protocol that magically fixes our hormones.

What I do believe is that our bodies respond to consistent nourishment and supportive habits.
